Cozy Hom Australia, Brisbane's riverfront casino hotel
We manage stays, dining and event bookings for a landmark hotel at 33 William Street, inside the Queen's Wharf precinct. Everything on this site is handled by a small reservations team that knows the building floor by floor.

A wharf, a tower
and a late licence
The site has moved goods and people since the 1800s, when William Street handled the river trade for the young city. The current tower opened as part of the Queen's Wharf redevelopment, pairing 340 rooms with a gaming floor that has become one of the busiest in Queensland.
Cozy Hom Australia came later, built by former hotel staff who knew the property's booking patterns better than any call centre. Today our desk handles thousands of room nights a year, from single-night business stays to full-floor wedding buyouts.
Guests remember two things: what the river looked like at breakfast, and whether anyone picked up the phone. We make sure both are good.

About us, answered
Four things people ask before trusting a reservations desk with their dates.
We are the dedicated reservations and guest-services partner for the property at 33 William Street. Your payment goes to the hotel directly; our coordination is covered by our agreement with the property.
Requests actually reach the hotel. Room preferences, celebration notes, late arrivals and restaurant times get attached to your reservation by a person, and our rates match or beat the major portals.
Room bookings are free to guests. Specialised work like wedding coordination or group buyouts carries a planning fee that we quote before any commitment.
No. We book this property exclusively, which is why the desk knows it room by room. If your dates need somewhere else, we will say so plainly and suggest where to look.
