Suite and room reservations at Brisbane's riverfront casino hotel
Five room categories across 25 floors at 33 William Street, booked through a desk that knows which level catches the sunrise and which corner room is quietest on a Friday.
Every floorplan, every floor, one message
The property runs from 38 m² Deluxe Kings to a 140 m² penthouse on the top floor, and the difference between a good stay and a great one is usually which side of the corridor you land on. Our desk holds a floor-by-floor map of what each room actually overlooks, which is not information any booking engine will give you.
Tell us what the trip is for and we book accordingly: low floors for quick getaways, club floors for business, interconnecting kings and twins for families, and the corner suites that face the bridge for anniversaries.
What the price covers
Every reservation placed through our desk carries the same baseline.
- Best available rate matched against the hotel's public price, with package upgrades flagged
- Room preference notes attached directly to the hotel's reservation system
- Written confirmation with the property's own booking reference
- Early check-in and late checkout requests lodged at booking, not on arrival
- Wi-Fi, pool deck and 24-hour fitness access included in all rates
- Free rebooking assistance if your dates move before cancellation cutoff
The rooms we book most
Three categories that cover about 80% of our reservations.
Room rates by category
Starting rates for a standard weeknight. Weekends run higher; the desk quotes exact figures for your dates.
All prices AUD, GST included. Advance purchase discounts of 10–15% apply 21+ days out.
How booking this works
Send your dates
Two minutes on the contact form or one phone call. Guest count, occasion and any must-haves.
We quote in writing
The exact rate for your dates, the room's position, and any packages or offers that stack.
You confirm
We lodge the booking; the hotel issues its own reference number to you directly.
We stay on it
Changes, requests and arrival notes are handled by the same agent until checkout.
Asked for a high floor facing the bridge and got floor 23 corner. The email thread took eleven minutes total.
What to tell us for a better room
Hotels fill requests in order of the notes attached to the booking. Ours arrive before yours does. Mention the occasion (it changes the welcome amenity), your arrival time (it changes which floor gets held first), and whether quiet or view matters more, because at this property they are different corridors.
- Weekend river views sell out roughly 10 days ahead; weekdays can be booked the same week.
- Floors 18–19 are the designated quiet floors; ask for them by name.
- Interconnecting family pairs are limited to 14 sets. Book school holidays early.
Asked about Suite Reservations
For Premier Suites and above, yes, the view is written into the rate. For Deluxe categories we request it and the hotel confirms in the booking notes; roughly nine in ten requests land.
Within four hours during desk time (7 am – 11 pm). Overnight requests are confirmed by mid-morning.
No. The hotel pays our margin; your rate matches or beats the public price for the same terms.
Tell us the flight number at booking. We flag a morning arrival and the hotel pre-assigns a room where possible; worst case, luggage is stored and the lounge is open.
Your floor is waiting
Send the dates and we will come back with the room, the view and the number.
