The stay-and-play bundle exists because that is exactly what most guests end up buying separately; the package prices it as one rate and adds the conveniences that make it smooth, like priority entry and a guaranteed restaurant slot.
Two versions run at the desk: the standard weekend package and the premium suite edition that adds the corner room, the couples' treatment and airport transfers.

Friday check-in, dinner at eight, salon at ten, and by Sunday lunch we had spent the weekend entirely inside one building. Booked again before checkout.
How the credits actually work
Gaming credit loads onto the members' card and plays at tables or machines; it is not cash and cannot be withdrawn. Unused dining credit rolls to any restaurant on property during the stay but expires at checkout. Every limit and term sits in the written package, not in a footnote.
- Friday packages need roughly ten days notice in event weeks.
- The premium edition's transfers cover BNE return; tell us the flights early.
- Members' points earned on credit play are yours to keep.
Asked about Stay & Play
For the gaming credit, yes. Couples where one partner does not play can swap the second credit for a spa session of equal value.
It is play credit: it works on tables and machines but cannot be cashed out. Winnings from it are normal winnings and fully yours.
Yes. The default slot is Friday 8 pm, and any restaurant on property can host it with notice.
Tell us at booking. The package rebalances: extra dining credit and a spa inclusion replace the gaming component.
