Overview

Six kitchens, one booking desk

The property's restaurants range from a white-tablecloth dining room with river views to a noodle bar beside the casino floor that runs until 2 am. We hold a reservations line into all six, including the chef's counter seats that never reach the public booking apps.

Tell us the occasion and the hour, and we will book the right room. Clients and quiet conversations belong in the private dining rooms; celebrations belong at the counter where the kitchen performs.

The Process

How booking this works

Name the occasion

Date, birthday, client dinner or just hunger. It decides the room we book.

We place the table

Real availability from the restaurant, including seats the apps do not show.

Kitchen gets the notes

Allergies, celebrations and pacing requests arrive before you do.

You just walk in

The table is under your name with the notes attached. Settle in.

The omakase counter seats fourteen people and the chef narrated the whole thing. Our desk booked the two seats that watch the knife work.

Good to Know

Which room for which night

The signature dining room is the celebration answer; the steakhouse is the client answer; the counter is the food-lover answer; and the noodle bar is the answer when everything else is closed. If you are staying over, book dinner for the second night, not arrival night, because arrival always runs late.

  • Saturday 7 pm is the hardest seat in the building; book a week out.
  • The counter runs two seatings, 6 pm and 8.30 pm. The later one lingers longer.
  • Private dining rooms take 8–20 guests and need 72 hours notice.
FAQ

Asked about Fine Dining

Smart casual in the dining room and at the counter; the steakhouse and noodle bar are relaxed. Thongs and high-vis are out everywhere after 6 pm.

Yes. Dining reservations stand alone. Large groups and private rooms need a card on file; everything else just needs a name.

Through us or the restaurant directly. Counter seats release 30 days out and the 6 pm Friday seating goes first.

Not if we know. Gluten-free, halal, vegan and allergy-safe menus exist in every venue; the kitchens prefer 48 hours notice for the complex ones.

Dinner is the easy part

Tell us the night and the number of seats. The kitchen will know you are coming.
