Celebrations

Weddings and celebrations on the river

A 600-seat ballroom, riverside terraces and a planning team that has run more than two hundred events in this building. Packages cover the room, the food, the drinks and the morning after.

Packages from $4,500 Site tours run Tuesdays & Saturdays
Overview

One building, the whole wedding

Ceremony on the terrace, photos along the promenade, reception in the ballroom and no one driving anywhere. The property's event floor sits three lifts from the suites, which is why half our wedding couples book a block of rooms and turn the whole weekend into the venue.

Our desk's events lead handles the first walkthrough, the quote and the run-sheet handoff to the hotel's banqueting team, so you talk to one person until the week of the wedding.

The Process

How booking this works

Walk the space

A 45-minute site tour with the events lead: terraces, ballroom, suites and the rain plan.

Get the proposal

A written package within two business days, itemised enough to compare line by line.

Taste the menu

A tasting for two against the shortlisted menus before the deposit is due.

Hand it over

Six weeks out, the run-sheet goes to banqueting and your job becomes showing up.

We handed Tom a Pinterest board and a guest list of 96. Six months later the ballroom looked like the board, and the rain plan we never needed was ready anyway.

Dates that book out first

September and October Saturdays disappear twelve months out; February Sundays are the best value in the calendar. The terrace holds 60 for ceremonies and the ballroom divides into thirds, so a 40-guest dinner does not rattle around in a space built for 600.

  • Book the site tour for late afternoon; the terrace light is the argument that sells itself.
  • Room blocks of 10+ get a group rate and one upgrade to a suite.
  • Fireworks permissions are handled by the venue; ask about Riverfire weekend windows.
