Conferences and corporate events that run on time
Nine meeting rooms, a 600-seat ballroom and an events floor with its own kitchen. Day delegate packages cover the room, the AV, the coffee and the lunch, quoted line by line.
An events floor built for actual agendas
The conference level sits between the lobby and the accommodation tower, so delegates move between sessions, rooms and restaurants without losing twenty minutes to lifts. Nine rooms flex from 12-seat boardrooms to the full ballroom, each with hardwired AV that the venue's technicians actually staff.
Our desk produces a written run-sheet with your quote: session times, break positions, dietary split and the name of the duty manager who owns your event on the day.

Run the event
A duty manager owns your day; our desk stays reachable for anything else.
Three hundred delegates, two days, one vegetarian count that doubled overnight. Lunch coped, the run-sheet did not move, and nobody emailed me about it.
Why companies rebook the same floor
The events level has its own kitchen, so breaks land hot and on schedule, and the ballroom's ceiling height means the screen is readable from the back row. Acoustic dividers are solid enough that a breakout does not leak into the plenary.
- Ballroom bookings for EOFY week close around March; ask early.
- Delegate parking validates at $35/day if booked with the package.
- The 6 am setup window exists; book it if your staging is heavy.
Asked about Corporate Events
The ballroom seats 600 theatre-style or 450 for dinner. Combined with breakout rooms, the floor handles multi-stream programs for around 800 delegates.
Yes. The AV team runs broadcast-grade streaming from the ballroom and boardrooms; remote delegate packages include moderated Q&A.
The pre-function foyer takes 24 standard booths and has direct loading-dock access via the service lifts.
We hold rooms at a group rate with a release date. Unbooked rooms return to inventory with no penalty to you; the block code stays live until then.
